Yes. Every organisation's data is isolated — no other office can see your files, clients, documents or financials. All traffic is encrypted. Sensitive attachments use signed time-limited URLs. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.
Yes. Comments and stage updates are queued locally when you're offline (in a ministry basement, on the road) and sync as soon as you're back online — no data lost.
English, Arabic and French. Arabic is fully right-to-left, with Arabic-Indic digits in financial amounts. Switching language re-skins the whole app, including stage names you've created in Arabic.
Yes. The owner generates an invite code (or sends an email invite); each team member installs the app and joins. You choose their role: admin (full access), member (work on files), or viewer (read-only). You can also restrict which specific files each member can see.
You can export all your data before cancellation. After you cancel, your access ends at the end of the current billing period; your data is retained per our privacy policy.
Yes — the import tool accepts Excel/CSV for clients, services and stages so you don't have to retype anything. Reach out and we'll help you migrate.
We accept payment in USD via card. The app itself tracks both USD and LBP transactions internally with your daily rate, so your ledger reflects both currencies even if you're paying us in USD.
The Free plan includes a 30-day full-feature trial. After the trial you stay on the Free tier forever, with up to 3 team members and your first 20 files. The 20-file count is cumulative — it counts every file you've ever created, not just files currently open. Deleting a finished file does not free up a slot — if you've created 20 files over time, you've used your free allowance, and the next file requires upgrading to Basic. This keeps the model honest: by 20 real files you've genuinely tested the product and can decide whether it's worth paying for.
